the suspension rods have busted if your handy enough you can undo a few screws take the top off & change them yourself its quite easy to change the rods they just clip in & out.make sure the power is turned off & the plug is out of the socket so you don't get zapped.

Just had a samsung repair tech come out today to fix this issue. He said the issue is the breaker. They can not run on a D breaker. Need a GE or Seeman's breaker. That is what he said. I guess we'll see if that fixes the problem.

You can remove the front kick panel and remove the tub to pump hose to clean it out. You also have very easy to access from rear of washer

Check that the motor transmission coupling is not coming apart as well. You should never have to remove the tub, this is a very time and labor intensive job.

If the washing is not distributed evenly by the time it reaches the rinse/spin cycle, it goes back to rinse cycle. Be present at the machine when it reaches the spin cycle. observe the drum to see if it is of balance and swaying to the sides, if so distribute washing evenly. I am seeing alot of these questions regarding samsung washers they are usually very good I am thinking there is too much weight in your washer, are you filling the washer too full, they can only handle so much weight before they just throw themselves into error codes. So if its clicking hit the power button does it drain the water, i am asking to see if the pump is working, if it drains , when its done unplug the unit wait ten minutes and plug it back in and turn power on, dont hit any other buttons what does it do?
