Rust spots appear on the doors and arount the ice
Hi; Yes I would say its covered under a warranty. Trying to get the manufacture to repair it for free maybe not. Thats a questionable area. I would argue that the painting process had a problem that day. But if no warranty open door and dry off really good then brush with a steel brush to bring up rust then spray or paint on a rust eliminator. After it dries You can call Your local paint store for some appliance epoxy paint. Do a smooth job from the begining and a good flat surface will be ready for Your door gaskets...alpharome416

Ice maker mal-formed ice
no "slug" is available however you could just use a reverse osmosis diaphram pressure tank to boost the water pressure. you can also use a water supply tube to bypass the in-refrigerator completely.

My refrigerator is not getting cold what is the
. Cut everything off for a few minutes then turn it back on and listen for a click from the compressor relay as the compressor tries to start.
Is the compressor motor running. If no check starter/overload relay. The relay is a small usually black cube shaped electrical part plugged into the compressor or wired to it nearby. It may appear burnt or rattle when shaken if it's bad. The two connections should show continuity with an amp meter. If it's good then it's most likely the compressor causing the problem.

My superba refrigerator recently keeps tripping
well usually several plugs are on the same breaker and just because u use a different plug dont mean u r using another breaker try replacing the breaker and see if this cures the problem breakers sometimes get weak and trip when they need replacing but make sure u put in the same size if it still does it then u have something overamping because of being dirty or clogged up around the fridge or behind it or under it make sure its clean all around and try unplugging a couple of things on the outlets and see if it stops tripping

Top compressor area is making a 'sing song'
If it's a whistle, or chirp like sound, then find what is rubbing together to cause the noise. If it is a low pumping sound that seems to be coming from internal to the compressor, then that is the way they sound.
I might caution you, if the tech's that are putting R-12 in the system are doing so through clamp on type service ports, they are violating the EPA mandate for the type of equipment used to service A/C and refrigeration equipment. Besides the fact that it will continue to leak because the type of fittings used will not hold R-12.

We have a superba fridge/freezer. the problem is
A model number is necessary to correctly help you with this problem.
The usual cause of the problem is the ice door not fully closing allowing warm, humid air to rise into the freezer. This will cause cubes to fuse together causing a large jam inside the dispenser. There is a kit available which contains all the parts necessary to correct the problem. The kit does not fit all models so the model number is necessary.
Replacing some of these parts can be quite a challenge for non-technicians although the kit comes with instructions.

Kitchen Aid Fridge KSRF25FRBL00 - Hot Panel between doors
This strip is warmed to prevent condensation forming here during humid weather. Some models use a refrigerant pass of the compressor to warm this strip other use a heater that can be controlled by a 2 position switch in the refrigerator control panel that reads something like "Turn this on if moisture appears on cabinet exterior". If you have no such switch you should be aware that the strip is ALWAYS warm but barely noticeable until you develop a problem in the cooling system.
Check temperatures in the freezer (Zero Degrees approx.) and refrigerator (Approx. 30). If these are normal don't worry about the heat from that strip. If you find a temperature not normal you have the beginning of a cooling problem unrelated to that strip.

I'm not sure of model. I want to level it. It's
Remove the front kick plate and you should see a 3/8 bolt head on each side . These are you leveling bolts for the front rollers . You will have to decide which one to turn ( trial and error )
