Did it have the installation instructions? That will list the part numbers you need.

If not, the original part number for the installation instructions was TINSEB371MRR0, which was replaced by TINSEB141MRR0. (both end in zero, not "oh")

I have this model. Press clear then press Auto/Clock. Enter in the time eg 700 then press Auto/Clock again. The time should now be set

I hope you didn't run the microwave with nothing in the cavity, if you did, it will damage the magnetron. The turntable dishes do get hot depending on the quality of the glass used to make it.
