Check resistance of fuel sensor,connector should be under seat at rear of tank. If open sensor may be bad.Check the connector for good contact.Check with a good dealer about problem ,most will give you some help if you buy your parts from them.

SOURCE: where is fuel pump located on yamaha warrior 1700

More specifically in the sub tank that is likely behind the left side cover below the seat. Follow your fuel lines from the main tank to the sub tank for exact location.

Im still looking for the fuel pump on my 2005 yamaha roadstar silverado, and fuse if any !

Here are diagrams of the 2005 Yamaha Road Star fuel systems.
First, select your Silverado in the box that says All Trim Levels.

Your 2005 Yamaha ROAD STAR revs your heart Genuine Fuel System parts from...

Once you're done with that, go back on your internet browser and in the box that says Fuel System, click that drop down and select Electrical System, unfortunately, I don't see any fuses in electrical system diagrams, the pump should be part of the electrical system, but I don't see that either in the electrical system diagrams.
