Easy, there is a single 5mm bolt in the bottom of each bowl. you need to attach a clear hose or place an absorbent rag under them before starting.

Allen screw? most carbs use either a flathead or JIS screw for the carb drain plug. It's on the bottom of the carburetor bowl.

I have a 03 Yamaha 660 raptor one of the carbs

Did you reset (adjust)the float inthe float chamber to tht carburator which is leaking ?
You will probabley have to adjust tht float to stop from overflowing in other words we call it flooding.
Check the float pin of wear at the tip.

My 2001 yamaha raptor has a fuel leak from the bottom of the carburator can you help?

There are two possible reasons for this - firstly there may be a crack in the carb. bottom. On ly solution is to drain carb, remove bottom of carb and replace with new one (that is if they are available singly), the other problem might be that the gasket is leaking that seals the bottom to the carb body. Check the screws / bolts that hold this bottom part on and see if any are broken, missing, or just loose. If the anwer is no to these questions, the gasket might still have failed. Drain the carb after switching off the fuel tap or disconnecting the fuel tank, once drained remove the carb bottom and check the rubber gasket for swollen areas, breaks or even a small nick. Replace as necessary.
