Hi Angie
sounds like a break in a connection, always check the obvious first ie battery terminals and fuses.
tap into google 'downloadable manuals' and look for one for your bike.

Can I please see a diagram of spark plug leads attached to the coil pack

Here is a diagram showing the spark plug leads attached to a coil pack:

Ignition coil
Spark plug lead
Spark plug
In this diagram, the ignition coil is at the center and is connected to the spark plug leads, which are in turn connected to the spark plugs. The spark plugs are located at the end of each spark plug lead and are responsible for igniting the fuel in the engine's cylinders.

In a typical engine, there will be one ignition coil for each cylinder, and the spark plugs will be connected to the ignition coils through the spark plug leads. The ignition coil generates a high voltage electrical current, which is transmitted through the spark plug leads to the spark plugs. The spark plugs then use this electrical current to create a spark, which ignites the fuel in the engine's cylinders and powers the vehicle.

Engines only need three things to run

Good clean, not stale, stored Fuel
Compression
A spark at the right time

One of yours is missing.

I had great spark before i went through and replaced about 700 worth of parts and not that it is back together i dont have spark i was wondering where the best place to start looking for the problem and...

The system to create a spark starts with the key in the ignition that then switches power from the battery to the ignition coils? Do you have a coil or lead shorting out? are the spark plugs in good order? the only thing that will then break the circuit is the kill switch. do you have a manual with circuit diagram?

How to at home

take the plug out and ground it to the cylinder with the coil lead attached, kick it over and check for spark... if no spark the problem is in the ignition system. if you have a manual get the specs for source coil output (should be between 15-120 ACV) and use a multimeter to check, most of the checks can be done at the CDI box, dont know how well you know motorcycles, but you might need to see a mechanic..

Motorcycle can´t reach more than 20/30 km/h

Although I'm not sure about the carburetors, but you should be able to find out by following these steps.
Unscrew the spark plug cap/s and look check to see the condition of the lead. If its bad, cut the end and rescrew the plug cap. Check all the wires and connections going to the ignition coil and make sure they have good connections and no burns or cracks in the coil case. Start the bike and see if you can see any sparks or flames coming from the coil or from the wires or leads. if so replace them. If none of this seems to be the problem, i'm guessing this mean its something to do with the carburetor. Also i'd strongly advice getting a Haynes Manual for your bike, their excellent! Hope this helps.
