Motul is the best.
If you're Performance Maniac then try Motul 7100 fully synthetic.
If you're touring lover and happy to crawling in mid-range then try Motul 5100 semi-synthetic.
According to my recommendation you should switch over to a synthetic after covering more than 8000 kms. on your odo.
Always pay close attention to the Break in Period(Running in) mentioned by your bike manufacturer otherwise you will sure get Piston Rings(Cylinder Compression) problems and some other engine problems. During break in period never use Synthetics.
Thank You.

Oil is a matter of preference, just as the brand of bike.Find a forum for your bike and see what all the other owners are using and recommend. The forums are a good source for info on specific models of bikes..Thanks

What are the original Valve Tappet Clearances of Bajaj Pulsar 200NS.

If it's hydralic there is a special tool needed to adjust them properly. If they are manual they have to be adjusted on the bottom of the compression stroke to where you can barely spin them with clean fingers. Clean fingers so that you don't put any grit or grime in the motor.

I have bought a 2nd hand pulsar 150 2006 it has got an overheating problem and the engine is very rough (too much vibration)

its either too lean(runs hot, causes vibrations, hesitates on acceleration) or there is a problem with the lubrication system(not enough oil to the piston = alot of friction=running hot. hope that helps

Which type of engine oil should i use in my Pulsar 150?

I have been using Castrol Active (Grade - 20 W 40) in this bike and have never faced any problems. Do not use the Castrol Power 1. Also get the engine oil changed after every 2500 kms. (get it replaced after 500 - 600 kms during the 1st service and after that change every 2500 kms)
