Been having issues with gas leaking out of the carburator and oil leaking out my overflow tube. The bike was running, I turned it off for about 2 hours. Came back out and tried to start it and it made a loud clunk noise. Not a clicking sound.

if the oil tank is above the crank case,
inspect the oil pump check valve. go online and study the check valve's functional purpose and see to it that the vale is operating properly. it should not be an expensive fix.
if you reroute hose be carefull of rear tire annnd what does the oil level in the oil tank sit at when full and after the leak happens after -say a day of riding- a week

You were supposed to put 4 ounces into the filter before installation to prime the system.

Most fuel injected motorcycles do start up in a "fast idle" mode. Although I don't know much about fuel injection on Harleys (H-D will not tell you much about it unles you are one of their technicians), I don't think the system is equipped with an engine temp sensor. Since the crank case sensor get it's pulses from pockets cut into the outer edge of the left side flywheel half, the sensor will have oil on it.

Its your idle senser sits on top of the manifold u will see it looking at u when u take off air filter cover. Little black plastic.plug in.

A harley AGM battery are usaully good for three to five years the best thing to do is have the battery load tested.Now as far as your problem now depending on the batterys state of charge the solenoid will click or not.Because you store it alot you should keep a trickle charger on the battery
