Alot blue smog coming out from the exhust

Blue indicates a lot of engine oil is being burned, black would mean too much fuel, and white would mean excess water/coolant. Being as it's blue, it could be any one of a number of things, all internal in the engine. Could be bad oil rings, valve guides, stem seals, etc. I suggest an engine shop to properly determine the cause. Might just be a plugged pcv system that just needs cleaning, you never can tell from the outside. Is there a lot of oil in the air cleaner assembly? If with the engine running, you carefully remove the oil fill cap, is there a lot of pressure/gasses escaping? There shouldn't be.

Grey smoke when accelerating at idle or pull off and slow driving

what color smoke? White usually water, blue, likely oil. Bad EGR or PCV valves, Blown head gasket, valve guide seals. Need to do a compression test.
if its black smoke I would suspect a fuel issue. several things will cause this... need diagnosing. If its white smoke you could have a severe issue and it needs to be diagnosed. If its grey smoke you may have oil entering the cylinders and need it to be looked at. If the car is not in your name yet and you need a smog test its the previous owners responsibility by law to fix this. You cant change ownership till it passes smog.

DRIVING ABOUT 10 MILES STACK ON 3DR AND WHEN I ACCELERATE IT JUST JUMP AND WONT SHIFT I CHECK THE ENGINE LITE THE CODE IS PO700 AND PO733 THEN WHEN THE ENGINE IS COLD AND START WARMING UP LIKE 6 OR 7...

THe blue smoke is oil, a considerable amount leaking into the combustion chamber and burning, either valve stem seal or piston rings. Check your oil and add regularly to prevent an engine seizure.
Also, you transmission need to be rebuilt.

05 1.8 tdci focus is blowing blue smoke in the morning

Blue smoke is not a good sign..it usually means that the piston rings are shot, or the engine is old worn and tired. Is the car using more oil than average? if not...and the engine performs o.k and you pass smog... then i"d say dont worry about it too much. But if you start to see blue smoke constantly, it's time to purchase another engine..its cheaper than buying another car.
