I suggest check the next diagrams (click over image for zoom); the legend "a", "b", etc. is the location...

Hope this helps; keep us updated.
There is a 30 amp power fuse in the left kick panel that provides power to the windows and power door locks, there is also a main power relay that is also in the left kick panel, these two idems are the power control source for both systems. there is also a 15 amp gauge fuse in the left kick panel fuse box this is the control circuit for te power windows and locks.
remove the master power window switch and test the white/green wire ( not the green/white ) there should be 12 volt power to this wire with the key on, if not check the 30 amp fuse, if there is power on both ends of the fuse then test the white/blue wire for power at the power relay in the leftkick panel, if there is power to the white/blue wire then replace the relay test the blue/yellow or red/blue wire at the power relay if there is power at this wire then the wiring from the fuse box to the relay is ok and the 15 amp gauge fues is ok.if there is no power at this wire check the gauge fues if there is power at this wire replace the relay....good luck
let me know if there is any thing else you need.
it should not make any differance wither it is a right hand drive or not the left kick panel is from the drivers side seat so in the us it would be the driverside panel on a right hand drive it would be the passanger side send me your e-mail and i will send you the wiring diagram.
let me do a little looking and see if i can find a picture of the fuse location, stuff will be on the way in a little wile.
#17 30amp circuit breaker is the power window and lock power supply
the one i sent to your e-mail is correct, but good luck with your new expert.

John,
Im not convinced you have the correct model celica.
Its a Right hand drive Japanese import. I dont think there are any fuses in the left kick panel at all!
The UK manual shows the 30A power fuse in the RH kick panel however the JDM manual does not show any fuse similar and states contact Toyota for power windows, central locking and steering tilt (all of which went at the same time on my car leading me to believe there must be a fuse somewhere).
John,
There are no fuses in the LH footwell, the car is RHD JDM ST183
Can you please let me know exactly where the fuse is located possibly a diagram. I have all the kick pannels off both sides and cant find the 30 amp fuse?

I am having a nightmare with this at the moment. The car kickpanels are stripped off. The UK version has a 30 Amp fuse in the footwell, it seems the JDM doesnt. Not that i can find!
The JDM user manual states Contact TOYOTA for issues with window or door lock so i am starting to think this model may not have a fuse and just a relay. I just cant imagine Toyota not fitting a fuse for the windows!
The wiring diagram would be very useful, however i really need to physically identify the fuse location and i can take it from there.
Regards
Barry
hi there, i have sent you a photo, the fuse box in the car does not relate to the diagram. The diagram is for a UK spec car i have an ST183 Japanese spec car which has different wiring and the fuse is somewhere else.
