My 1998 buick lasabre has no air coming out any of the vents. could it be a blower motor or fuse and where are they located dont have owners manual

the blower motor is under the passenger side of the dash. Once you locate it (you will need to remove the trim pannel under the dash) turn on the heater and turn the blower to high speed, then wack the bottom of the blower motor with a screwdriver handle or tap with a hammer. If it starts to work replace it.

You can also grab the connector and twist/pull. If the blower starts to work but you can hear is slow or stop by twisting/pulling the connector than replace the blower motor.

The ac will run then the blower just stops. then it will come back on like 10 minutes later for just a couple minutes

Sounds like the blower motor is junk or has a bad connection. Check the ground on the motor. Does this car have manual controls or Auto temp control.

I have a 1998 buick lesabr when key is off the heater motor still runs.kills the battery

You need to replace the blower control module. Its near the blower motor, on the firewall. Follow the wires from the blower motor, it should lead you to it.

Climate control unit passengers side

it is probably a solenoid or vacuume motor that has failed where the heater core is located
