I have 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.7L V6.Today morning when i started it with half crank(with few degree rotation) and it started okay.But then i changed gear in Reverse and suddenly it turned off.When i restarted it now shows Engine Check sign.Auto-zone told me the issue of spark plug no.5.Cany you provide detail what to do next?

emma, how is the coolant level? Have you had to add any? Check the cooling fan(s) to make sure they are kicking on when the engine temperature rises. If they are not going on, check for a bad cooling fan switch.
I have an 03 Santa Fe as well and just had the exact thing happen to me. One day, it just wouldn't turn over at all and I had to have it towed to the dealer. They replaced the "crank shaft position sensor" and now the car is fine. I am not sure if this is your problem but it might be worthwhile asking someone to check it out.
