you don't say front or back...on the front the entire light pod comes out, there are two latch bars that you lift and remove, then the entire pod comes out-on the rear, there are plastic retainers that you unscrew, you might have to pull back the carpet to see all of them.
sounds like wiring.or there may be a plate in the steering wheel.the plate in the steering wheel seems more plausible because wiring on both sides is less likely.it wouldn't hurt to check the wiring as far as you can to the rears though.any brake lights work?
Your front turn signal socket is shot. Buy a new one at the dealer for about 30.00. It will fix it. You may be able to clean it and wiggle it to get it to work. But it wont last very long. I had the same problem. Replaced the socket and it is fine. Note: If one side is bad the other side it not far behind. Probably 2 or 3 months it will go also. Good Luck.

You will have to replace the plug where your bulb plugs in. Expensive about $30.00+ from your dealer. Look to see if it isn't burned inside. You can get them from RockAuto and save about $10.00
