My passanger side rear window wont go back up. It will go down fine, I was able to get it back up by banging on the door a coupe times, but this time it wont go up at all. When I try to roll it up from the Driver control pannel there is a click in the passanger door but thats it. Is it a motor? wiring?

may be a problem with your key fob

if its not been used for a while it can get stuck. have some one press the switch to go down and put both hands on the window in and out side and push down at the same time. when down go back up on the switch and down down again till moving free again.

Not really i think your right, it sounds like both motors went bad a quick little test i always do is hold switch down and bang on the inside of the door at lower front of door and sometimes it shakes motor and it starts working then i know for sure its a motor, this save cuatomers money , they dont pay to remove panel and testing,try it . hope this helps.

Check the window switch before you go and rip the doors apart.

It won't work on either the drivers button or the passenger button? If so it's the motor, if it works on one of the buttons then it the button that won't put it down. Let me know please.

This is a common problem on the G35. The window regulator/motor have most likely gone bad. I've also seen a case where the switch was the culprit. Try clicking the switch up repeatedly a few times and see if that does the trick.

most of the time it is wires in the drivers door that break in the loom

is this on BOTH windows?? it is odd they both failed at the same time.
If you here the motor running there is something inside the door has let go or falling off. the door will have to be taken apart to be fixed.
this is what's inside YOUR door. (passanger side, drivers side is just a mirror image)
1. there could be a problem between the motor gear and the moon gear. or 2 (most likely) the regulator arm has come off the window track or the window track has come off the glass.
