Look for fuse panel under or either side of dash. Another location may be similar in engine bay.
Fuses probably labelled. Available at motor shops, garages etc.
If out of your experience then probably not expensive to ask auto electrician where to look. Many are cooperative and may tell over the phone or counter.

Problem i am having is a no headlight issue i replaced my icm about a week ago and now i have no lights at all no dash lights no running lights no high beam lights

As far as interior lamps, there may be an interior dimmer, it rotates to increase or lower interior lamps, and usually includes the dash lamps.
If the lo beams work but not the hi beams, have to check headlamp dimmer switch.

Park lights work on 1995 Camry but brake lights don't.. high beams work but low beams don't. All bulbs have been replaced but still not working. Any ideas?

for the brake lights check your fuses and relays and for your low beams your multifunction lever needs to be changed.

As for your dash lights, and electric locks, check your fuses. If the blue high beam light on your dash comes on, but the headlights don't get bright, your bulbs have burnt out, and need to be replaced. They probably went one at a time, but you didn't notice until the second one went. If the high beam indicator isn't coming on, it's probably your switch.

No dash lights 1995 Jeep GCL

Dash lights are fed through the headlight switch. If the headlights work, then you could have a bad switch. Before you go replacing the switch, get a wiring manual for the car and see if you are getting 12v at the wire that supplies the dash lights. I forgot the color of it.
