The bulb for the High/Low beam is a single bulb, you can replace it by unscrewing the bulb harness and removing it from the socket and then installing a new one.

Motor mount passenger side rusted out

Sounds like you need to get that replaced. If the metal that the mount is attached to is also rusted you need to get to a fabricator or body shop to have that replaced too.

Can you tell me how to replace the passenger side head light bulb on my 1997 buick riviera?

On a 1997 Buick riviera the light bulbs simply plug in from the back side of the lens. You will have to twist the bulb pod from the socket. Change the bulb, wipe it with a clean cloth and twist it back in.

Headlight is out on passenger side of 1998 buick riviera. It will sometimes blink when I hit it. The whole assembly seems loose. The side light cornering lamp works. The wiring all looks secure.

Yep sounds like you need a new headlight bulb The flashing is the tungsten fillament inside of the bulb breifly contacting the broken halves together when hitting it..Replace the bulb and all should be good. Note some times the light may stay on ,, this is because the broken halves arc welt themselves and break again upon cooling after you turn lights off ...good luck
