It sounds like it might have blown a fuse, check your fuses and relays, under the hood, normally in a black box located on the drivers side, sometimes fuse box's are also under the instrument panel , down towards the floor, left of brake pedal.

had checked all fuses but that was not the problem.not sure what relays to check, but is there also a relay switch under the dash next to sterring column for door locks? can here it clicking when you use the remote to unlock.the remote will unlock doors and lock them

most of the relays are marked what they are, the only ones that i know of are under the hood where i recommended to check, and 1 under the instrument panel, or near fuse box area.

Can't find switch for rear windows on 2004 pontiac montana

Owner's Manual page 2-26 : http://www.vadengmpp.com/owners-manual/pontiac/2004-Pontiac-Montana.pdf

This switch, located in the overhead console switchbank, is used for opening and closing the power rear quarter windows. Press the textured part of the switch to open the windows; both windows will open. The windows will continue to open as long as the switch is pressed, until they are fully opened. Press the part of the switch with the symbol to close both windows. The windows can be closed fully or partially, depending on how long the switch is pressed.

Door lock will not unlock from switch on 2003 pontiac montana

How do you know the replacement switches were good? These actuators work in a series...One could be defective, causing the others (including drivers door) to not work...Also try cleaning all contact points with PB Blaster, and wipe dry...Hope this helps.

Power window (drivers side) quit working on my 2000 Pontiac Montana. Can't be a fuse issue as the passenger side still works. Any ideas on a fix?

More than likely just a faulty switch. Sometimes you can take them apart and clean them. Or, just go to an auto wrecker and get another one.

Hi, I have a 2003 gmc sierra hd, duramax engine, 2 doors, long box. There is power locks on it and the door driver's door doesn't lock either with the driver switch or the passenger door switch, I change...

I have a similar problem. The remote sometimes opens all doors, and other times it will only open the 2 rear doors. Once inside the vehicle, the driver side window controls intermittently operates all windows and doors. It has no effect on the 2 rear doors, as the window controls still work. This behavior happens intermittently while driving the vehicle.
