If you don't hear the noise at a stop. and only as it rolls the brakes and the wheel bearing s are to be checked you can jack the one wheel off thew ground and block the rear wheels and run the car and listen for the noise ( put it in gear and don't let it go over 50) then set it down and jck up the other wheel the side thaty makes the noise neds to be looked at further remove the wheel and tire and look for problems with the brake it shoul;d turn by hand. and while the wheel is still on see if you can wobble the wheel in any direction. Tie rod ends and out out round tires can be looked for as you turn the tire and feel for problems if it turns but not smoothly you can go on to the wheel bearing. Most do it yourselfers don't have the tools to do this work and it's best to hire the work done.

My 2013 kia rio makes a squealing noise while I'm driving. It's not constant and stops when I brake or stop. Is it a fan belt?

A fan belt noise would change with engine speed, not vehicle speed. A squealing noise that changes with vehicle speed would be caused by brakes or wheel bearing. Since it stops when braking I would suspect a brake issue, like a stuck caliper

IS IT WORST WHEN ALL ACCSESORIES ARE ON CHECK ALTERNATOR
IF BAMP WHEATHER (HUMIDE) CHECK BELT
SAME TRUOUT CHECK PULLEYS --WATERPUMP--STERRING PUMP
WORST WHEN TURNING STERRING PUMP

My 2003 Chevy Venture has 39,000 miles. When should I replace the serpentine belt on the V-6 engine?

The serpentine belt is ok until you see fraying, or missing sections of the linear grooves(the ones running lengthwise.) Cracking across those grooves is ok, as long as none of that groove is missing. If you see cracking on the backside (smooth side) you also want to replace. Glazing of either side, where the rubber is smooth, shiny, and hard also warrants changing.

Sienna '99 vibration in driving after belts changed

very possible you might have a bad harmonic balancer ( crankshaft pulley). have that checked then go from there with replacing it.

I have a whining noise at at speeds over 30 mph and in park if u rev the engine also at the same time no a/c

You need to inspect your Serpentine Belt. That is the ribbed belt <see diagram below> that is driven by the engine's Main Pulley at the crank (generally, lower part of the engine). The smooth side usually drives the water pump, while the ribbed side drives the alternator, power steering pump, and air conditioning compressor. Inspect this belt and look for obvious signs of oil (slick stains) that have dripped onto the belt from another part of the engine. If you have oil stains, then you will need to get the source of the oil leak fixed before replacing the belt because you would otherwise be throwing money away as a new belt would soon experience problems due to the oil leak. If no oil leak, check for obvious wear on the belt by looking for BIG cracks that are penetrating through to the smooth side of the belt, cracks parallel to the smooth side of the belt, or chunks missing from the ribbed side of the belt <see diagram below, though the bottom diagram shows cracks perpendicular to the backing that are normal/acceptable; Parallel cracks soon become chunks missing from the belt>

Bmw e46 loud vibration noise from front wheel

usually noise complaint can be pretty tricky to repair. especially if its intermittent. since you say it only when its cold my first guess would have to be a wheel bearing. some other things you can check is how the tires are wearing. when you rub your hand along the tread is it smooth or does the tread catch your hand. if your tires aren't wearing smooth noise complaints can be heard while slightly turning, braking, or even accelerating.also if its a wheel bearing you can lift the vehicle up in the rear (turn off your dsc) and run the rear tires up to speed. usually you can hear a loud wheel bearing. also you can drive the vehicle and swerve back and forth and see if the nosie changes. depending on which side of the vehicle suspension is being loaded
