Belt Tensioner bearing,,I replaced same one same van and the new one was makeing noise also ,,had to take it back and get another new one whew! drove me nuts!
If you don't hear the noise at a stop. and only as it rolls the brakes and the wheel bearing s are to be checked you can jack the one wheel off thew ground and block the rear wheels and run the car and listen for the noise ( put it in gear and don't let it go over 50) then set it down and jck up the other wheel the side thaty makes the noise neds to be looked at further remove the wheel and tire and look for problems with the brake it shoul;d turn by hand. and while the wheel is still on see if you can wobble the wheel in any direction. Tie rod ends and out out round tires can be looked for as you turn the tire and feel for problems if it turns but not smoothly you can go on to the wheel bearing. Most do it yourselfers don't have the tools to do this work and it's best to hire the work done.
