Peugeot 405 my carburetor is leaking. - 1989 Peugeot 405

Without seeing this vehicle i cannot give a answer ,the carb leaks ?? but this could be a faulty pipe thats perished or the accelerator pump diaphragm as the most common fault but without my head yunder the bonnet i honestly cannot say but the accelerator pump diaphragm is the most common fault

1st I cleaned the carburetor was smelling gas and cutting off after idling minimum was corrected several times.....then the fuel pump was leaking but minimum kept cutting was better but now worse now see pictures leaking at base...??
