Since you can't repair your brakes then it might be a good idea to take it to an auto repair shop that can. They have been trained and have experience on how to change the brakes. They would know the tactics to get your brakes changed correctly. http://fastautotech.com/brake-service-twinsburg-and-hudson-oh

1990 low brake pedal cant make it go up

try bleeding the brake system starting at the longest line first and finishing at the shortest. If you cannot get a brake pedal then the master cylinder is probably in need of repair or replacement.

Lost brakes completely cant even pump them up.

year, make, model, engine size?

rear drum or disk brakes?

If the rear are drum brakes, have you pulled the drums to inspect the rear brakes?

Repair leak in rear brake line.

You CANNOT repair a leaky line, I'm afraid. You will need to replace the leaky section. Don;t forget to bleed the brakes afterwards.

I took my 1996 ford taurus to this weird repair place my back brakes are shot splitting in half and my car is leaking brake fluid he said that the master cylinder and some hose system needed replaced then...

can i answer that by saying, would you go to a butcher for an operation??course you wouldnt,so DO NOT go to a backstreet monkey for your only means of stopping your car.anyway im sure that all of my collegues would say any decent accredited mechanic would say"if i cant do all the work then i will not do any of it"(who you gonna sue if you cant stop.......)the master cylinder is under the hood...can YOU see any fluid???
if you cant do it yourself, take it to a specialist brake centre.

Brake line is leaking in the left rear of my 94 grand am. cant seem to follow line up to abs system. dont want to cut the wrong line. how do i know what line to replace going into abs.

Finding the correct line may be irrelevent! I work as prof. & am pretty sure that most of the other brake lines are in just as bad as shape as the one you're attempting to repair. My best suggestion is ro repair all the brake lines (At least the rear ones).

Rear brakes might be locked up???

Firstly it might be an idea to release the brakes so you can get the vehicle to a suitable place for repair. Something has gone wrong in the brake master cylinder or the pressure valve (if fitted) although I suspect the former. The hydraulic pressure can be released by loosening the nut on the brake pipe that goes to the rear brakes or undoing the bleed nipples on the rear cylinders a couple of turns. Try to bleed the brakes enough to get them working and then drive to a place of repair. Otherwise remove the master cylinder, strip down and repair or replace.

1988 cherokee 2wd brakes

Your brakes are not the problem here. You need to have your master cylinder checked. The fluid level in the master cylinder may appear fine, but the valve inside may be failing, causing the pedal to go to the floor. This is not a hard, nor pricey repair, but if you have never delt with it before you might want a qualified technican do the repairs for you.
