Look and see if the tire is leaning, this would put excessive pressure on the bearings. Check all the bushings, there are quite a few back there. If all the bushings are good and the tires aren't leaning or off track then I suggest you go for a better grade of bearings. I have replaced bearings in as little as a week because they are made in china. never again.
Are hte wheels aligned this can cause pressure on the wheel bearings are they being put on to tight this will also cause this how about grease

you must remove brakes, then remove axle nut, then remove upper control arm and finally tie rod stabilizer, remove axle from car then bearing can be accessed. this is a difficult job that requires special tools so be careful
