Laganza engines: There is a 1/2" hole into the oil area just forward of the water pump impeller. It was never used for anything and it has a cast iron plug that rusts away allowing oil and water to mix. When the engine is cold there is no pressure on the cooling system allowing oil to flow freely into the water. As the engine warms up becomes near equal and very little water get in the oil. A head gasket or crack allows very little oil into the water. An excessive amount of oil in the water is found when this leak occurs. Testing pressures is useless
You have either a blown head gasket, blown intake manifold gasket, a cracked head, or a cracked engine block. Good luck finding parts for that vehicle.
If its just condensation in the oil cap or dipstick, to some degree its normal. However if you have water in the oil and its very creamy in texture, its probably a head gasket leak, or cracked head. Its important to get it repaired soon, or total engine bearing failure will result.
Blown head gasket, damaged cylinder Head, damaged internal block wall.
If you are getting water into the oil - then there is a good chance that you may have a blown head gasket. I would pressure test the cooling system and see if it shows a pressure leak.
you can also have the cylinders compression tested and see if there is a loss of compression in one or two of the cylinders.
