Most likely a fuse. If your fuse box is labeled it will say radio under the fuse. If its not check your owners manual for location of fuse box and radio fuse.
the cd player and radio should be on the same system or as a whole, it should all be not working, there may have been a short inside the cd player, check all the fuses in the fuse box look for 10amp and 15 amps usually. being a newer car it is odd. you may need to take it in to toyota for a diagnostic check. good thing about the electrics in cars these days is their computers tell you everything.
It's just an error message. It stands for Error 20. There is no way to fix the problem. It only reads cd's that it wants. But if it does play a cd, then suddenly stops, and says E20 and spits the cd out, it's most likely because the cd player got too hot. My car does that all the time. And it won't play a lot of burned cd's. Hope this helped.
