My 2005 dodge grand caravan blows heat on the passenger side and cold on the drivers side, anything I can do to get heat on both sides?

This is an attempt to answer. My Dodge Grand Caravan has a sliding control for the heat/cool setting. It is marked driver and passenger so one can direct heat/cold where it's needed most.

Most likely you have already checked this out, but worth a try!

SOMEHOW I BELIEVE YOUR TWO INTAKE & RETURN HEATER HOSES THAT FEED THE HEATER CORE HAVE BEEN REVERSED. EITHER THAT OR a plugged heater core

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

The rear ac evaporator box is not draining very well,and it is blowing the condensation up threw the vents,most likely.The drain should be under the rear passengers side wheel well.

An electronic motor controls the temp door. Swap right for left to confirm component failure. Actuate the passengers side and look for the moving actuator

Heat IS blowing out on drivers side, BUT it wont get hot ?
As long as you have heat, but not on passenger side, I would say your diverter is door is not operating, may be vacuum , or electrical, check under dash make sure no vacuum lines are leaking.

The wire on the back of the control is most likely broken, I had the opposite (drivers side allways cold) I dissconnected the solid light green wire and now have hot air all the time, I disconnect it in the summer for cool air, the part is very expensive, $70.00 at a salvage yard!
