With all the electronic's on vehicle's the first place to start would be to hook up a scan tool that can pull code's from all the modules on the vehicle ! The wrench light on ,code's are stored in the BCM ,body control module . If you don't know that your best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop. Nothing your going to be able to do .

Hi,
Intermittent problem such as what appears that your car has is at best be describe as a test of patience.
Initially would appear to be electrically related. Based on your post/description, pls try and check the ignition wiring (going to the ignition switch behind the tilt lever) along the steering column.
Of course the normal checks should also be considered, battery, battery cables, fuse and fuse box (both in the engine bay and driver side of the center console), relay bank, harness and connectors. Manual cleaning and a spray of electrical contact cleaners should also be performed when in doubt.
Though the technically correct procedure would be to have your car's computer checked/scanned and the readings interpreted.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.

The fuel tank has 2 different fuel level senders(floats) It needs both of them. You have to drop the tank, and pull the pumps.

Open the hood. You will notice there is a large black box on the right-hand side directly behind the battery. This black box is the fuse box. Pull the top of the fuse box off. There are two clips on either side; once you pop one side, the other comes off very easily. In the top left-hand side of the fuse box where all the fuses sit, you will see a large orange/red block. Below this block is a button that says "reset." Press this button for 5 seconds. Turn the car on and wait for a minute. If the light does not go on, turn off the car and set the key to ACC on the key ring. Push the reset button again, holding it for a total of 15 seconds. Turn the key to off, take out the key, return the key and start the car again. Allow the car to run for 2 full minutes. It is taking the system a few minutes to register that this button has been pressed.
