My 2206 honda odyssey EX-L battery died 2 times in a week and the second time I took it to a mechanic and he said the battery is in good condition and doesn't need replacement. It died 3rd time within couple of days. We don't drive it very often (may be a mile a day max for my son's school commute). After giving jump start, both the automatic back doors stopped working. One of the doors didn't get locked properly. Also the DVD player has a green light on without any dvd in it. Any help on what I can do to get it fixed will help.

I would take it back to that same mechanic to see if he didn't fully tighten the connector or maybe there is some other problem that he didn't notice or maybe even caused.
It is likely that the blower motor connector is just loose.
Sounds like they are guessing and dont want to, or cant diagnose it properly. First make sure fuse is good (fuse 6) , make sure brake pedal switch is adjusted correctly. (if it thinks you are pushing the brakes, it wont cruise) check fuse 47 (if horn blows, fuse 47 is good) make sure cable is connected at throttle body. check these first, the rest gets complicated.
I really prefer interstate batteries, they last the longest. Costco has great prices on their batteries. I have witnessed problems with Die Easy batteries, although you can get service pretty easily.
Probably when the dealer is testing it is fine because the problem is intermittent. There may be a dead spot in the starter so when it hits that spot it acts up but other times its not on that spot its fine. Replace your starter and you will probably get rid of the problem.
