There could be a fuse or relay issue since multiple systems became inoperative simultaneously. I'd suspect that when the alarm went off, someone targeted and disabled the horn system so that it wasn't honking inside the repair facility. Both the horn switch and cruise control switch are located in the steering wheel and therefore they share common components and circuitry. Try checking under-hood fuses #7 (7.5A), #13 (20A), #15 (40A) and #20 (40A), as well as under-dash fuses #7 (7.5A) and 21 (7.5A). If all these fuses are OK, much deeper diagnosis will need to be performed. One somewhat common failure item is the spiral cable (also called a clock spring) that transfers power to the steering wheel (while allowing it to turn). Question edited for clarity. There are 4 fuse boxes in the Odyssey. The Secondary Fuse box under the hood should have more than 2 fuses. Fuse #15 "BACK UP/ACC" (40 Amp) in the Underhood Fuse/Relay Box
protects the circuits leading to Fuse #7 "BACKUP" (7.5 Amp) in the Underhood
Fuse/Relay Box and also fuses (#5 "RADIO" (10 Amp), #6 "INTR LIGHT" (7.5 Amp),
#7 "BACK UP" (7.5 Amp), #8 "not used", and #9 "FR ACC SOCKET (10 Amp)
in the Driver's Fuse/Relay Box.
To further narrow down the source of your draw, pull each of these fuses one at a time.
No, that was not a "typo" There are 2 fuses marked "BACK UP" and are both 7.5 Amp and one is
in the Underhood Fuse/Relay Box and the other is in the Driver's Fuse/Relay Box. (I checked this 3 times just to make sure.)

you may have a bad actuator. The driver's side one controls all the other doors. These actuators were/are a problem on the 2007-9 CRV.s

Your car’s audio system will disable itself if it is disconnected from electrical power for any reason. To make it work again, you must enter a specific five-digit code in the Preset buttons. Because there are hundreds of number combinations possible from five digits, making the system work without knowing the exact code is nearly impossible.
You should have received a card with your manual(if you have one) that lists your audio system’s code number and serial number. If you don't have the card, you can get the code number from your Honda dealer, but to do this, you will need the system’s serial number. (you can try the following to get the serial number, but I don’t know if it will work. To access the serial number, turn the radio on. It must display ‘‘CODE’’, then turn the radio off. Push the preset 1, preset 6, and power buttons at the same time, then quickly release.)

If your car’s battery is disconnected or goes dead, or the radio fuse is removed, the audio system will disable itself. If this happens, you will see ‘‘Code’’ in the frequency display the next time you turn on the system. Use the Preset buttons to enter the five-digit code. If it is entered correctly, the radio will start playing.
If you make a mistake entering the code, do not start over; complete the five-digit sequence, then enter the correct code. You have 10 tries to enter the correct code. If you are unsuccessful in 10 attempts, you must then leave the system on for 1 hour before trying again.

The short in my system was back behind the spare tire....There is a problem with water getting connections wet...Cleaned,dried it up replaced the grease,and fixed the leaks....Mine was a communication error,was shutting down bright lights,wipers,door locks,a/c,killing the battery and setting off the alarm.It's fine now.

VSA is Vehicle Stability Assist and is related to ABS braking. The power steering issue could just be a series of unfortunate events but it does sound suspicious. I'd try to figure out what caused the fluid to leak and where the leak is in relation to the VSA that was replaced before I took it back to the dealer. i.e. If the VSA is on the other side of the engine compartment, it's probably not the dealer's fault. If they are right next to each other, something might have happened.

Are you sure the relay isn't getting weak? Try swapping with another.

Sounds like the Alternator has failed.

You probably have air in the fuel lines. I would suggest you keep trying, soon all the air should be evacuated. Or disconnect the fuel line at your injectors and run the fuel pump to get out all the air.
