Honda city 2005 eps light - 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid

Make sure your belt is on right. routed around the motor the correct way. If it is then you may have one of the most common issues. When you change out something like that, your belt is stretched and you probably need to replace the belt.HOWEVER there are times where when you put a new alt/gen on a vehicle it causes more tension on the other pullies, therefor making other pullies work harder. In this case, it sounds like your belt is running the wrong way. Or your pump could be going out too. You may have to look up the belt diagram and make sure it is on right and as I said above your might check the rest of your pullies to make sure they are ok too. Just what I can make from what your post says.

This sounds like the battery is faulty. A starter motor uses a huge amount of voltage to turn it. Dash lights need very little voltage to work. Booster cables mean your using a different battery instead of yours. Take it to a good mechanic and he can test it.

Sir i want know where is location of The Sensor?

id not drive it or even run it with low oil pressure.. boom $3000 in to rat hole?
or did the engine stall. RPM goes to zero so does oil pressure.
all normal for a stall. did it stall????????
if not check fuses.
if did, diagnose stalling, ask !

wendy dont fiddle about in any hybrid, there is High voltage there
lethal as H3LL. nor with Air bags, Read the FSM. first.
and post engine RPM at low oil pressure, and dont drive it.

my car is Honda City 2005, EPS light get on and steering get hard like truk, I have visited Honda Service Center where they set the software by using their computer. after 2 or 3 weeks it again occure and same parctice is done at service center. Is there any permenent solution for this EPS problem
