Its not your transmission because its not engaged in the gears you stated . The oil pump inside the converter is on but that would not cause this. The TCS better work in drive otherwise you'd have bigger problems. There are several different sensors that can cause this. Its best to bring the vehicle to a repair shop and have them scan the ECU for codes and if that doesn't work, scope out the vehicle to determine which system is malfunctioning.

My tcs came on while driving . Then my car died on me last night electrical wise died .

Hello. It seems your car's TCS Traction Control System is malfunctioning; causing the torque converter to stay 'engaged' to the engine. This will stop the engine from running when your car is in any drive gear. I don't know what your car's electrical problem is. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

Car in park turn key starter engages engine starts and you can hear the Bendix still spinning in the ring gear put car into drive and then they stop spending

Does the starter engage again when you go back to park ?
Shifting from park to drive would cut the circuit from the key switch to the starter. The neutral safety switch prevents you from cranking the engine in drive or reverse.
I would say the key switch is not turning off power to the starter when you go from start to run.

Engine won't crank over

Might be two different problems.
The no crank issue could be several things including the neutral safety switch, and the other issue could be the brake switch or the shift lock solenoid.
You may be able to shift out of park when the key is between lock and on. And it may crank in neutral.

04 honda accord 3.0 V6, auto: MIL and both TCS lights on with loss of power

it sounds like a probem with the correlation of the throttle position sensor and the P.C,M, With the drive by wire system, throttle is no longer a command, but rather a request for throttle provided the P.C.M. gives the ok after taking readings from various sensors. this correlation for whatever reason goes wrong and often neds attention from the manufacturers mechanic for a relearn, which will relearn the throttles home position and correct the problem.

My 01 honda accord had the "drive" light blinking simultaneous with the check engine, tcs, and sluggish driving. when i then put the car in park the "drive" light continued to blink. none of these...

First thing is to make sure you have a fully charged or good battery. If Ok
Use scanner and read codes.
Depending on what codes tell you do the testing and repair required .
Right now your TCS is not operable and the transmission is only operating in third gear.
Get back to me with the codes and we will take it from there. This could be anything from wheel sensors to shift solenoids,
