Central locking not working

I am not sure what model Honda you have, but on both of the 1998 Honda Civic LX models I own , their locking/ unlocking problems were caused by a Power door lock control module, which is located in the drivers door, behind the inside door panel. There is a troubleshooting process you can go thru, by jumpering various wires to test each door, but if everything isn't working, and you have checked your fuse for the lock circuit, then the Power door lock control module is the most likely suspect.

Does 2003 honda civic lx have a headlamp warning buzzer?

Check you drivers side door switch. Make sure it works. The switch also work the dome light. If the dome light comes on and off when you open and close the door that you dont have a buzzer.
