I'm not sure on the '94, but a lot of buicks have two fuse boxes, one under the dash and another under the hood. Check both boxes for any burned fuses. Also, there are often relays in the fuse box, as well. (again, not buick specific, just a rule of thumb) If there is a relay marked "fuel" or "fuel system", or something like that, you con often pull a non-essential relay (like 'wipers" or "lights") that has the same part number stamped on it, and put it in the fuel relay alot to see if that is bad.
