I have an 2007 chevy uplander flexfuel i keep getting p1174 also i have replaced the the o2 sensors and the light keeps coming on
i belive it has something to do with the fuel injection system
Wade is exactly right. Check your vacuum lines first... the diagram is under the hood. All modern vehicles have at least one Oxygen sensor, some have two. Some oxygen sensors are installed on the exhaust manifold DENSO and BOSCH supply oxygen sensors for most vehicles; DENSO's are slightly better. (The O2 sensors relay mixture information back to the ECU to fine tune the fuel/air mixture within certain limits.) If your oxygen sensor(s) failed, it usually due to too many unburned fuel deposits. Have a specialist check out your fuel injectors... A Bosch Service Center has a machine to check both fuel pressure and spray pattern. If you have one bad one, change them all. A fauty EGR valve; if your engine has one, can cause a mixture problem leading to poor mixture and bad gas mileage too. Might as well do this right the first time.
