My 2003 dodge duranog has had two different a/c compressors spray frion all over the engine compartment. The first time it was fixed a couple days later it sprayed frion all over. I took it back replaced it with a new compressor, flushed, charged, new expansion valve, and a month later it does it again.
How can I get this fixed?
Sounds like there's a blockage in the system. If they didn't change the drier, that's probably where it is.
If air is not flowing freely through the condenser, because it's very dirty or the fan(s) aren't working properly, it will cause the pressure to be too high. I've never seen that cause a compressor to blow the seals but there's always a first time. That would also cause the engine tempature to be hotter than normal, especially at idle. If I were you, I'd just take it back to who ever fixed it and ask them to make it right.
