DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY http://www.pointaengineering.com/main.sc Because they are a fraudulent company! The sensor they provide does absolutly nothing. I tried it and nothing changed in the way my vehicle ran.

Buy the OE Flex Fuel Sensor on Ebay. There are people listing Original Equipment units by the same manufacturer who supplies GM. Their price is hundreds less than the dealer. Check it out. I bought one for my Chevy Sonoma. This part fits the 2003 Yukon too.

if you look at the front of the motor you will notice one cyclinder is further forward then the other... that first cyclinder would be 1. i'm guessing the side opposite to cyclinder one would be bank two.

Check your ECM fuse. There should be 2 fuses for your ECM. It's the ECM that controls the function of the fuel pump. Good luck friend and it's also common for the wire harness from the frame to the fuel pump to go bad due to corrosion from the bad weather we get in the winter and rainy spring and fall.

You've triggered the anti theft security system. You will have to take it t a dealership to have the system reset so your engine will start. Regardless of what you've been told about clearing the computer codes, taking the positive cable loose is not the way to go. All you have to do is pull the fuse or fuses that go to the ecm or engine computer. That way, you don't mess wit the security system. Your radio may be locked down too. If it is, you'll have to go through a lengthy process to get the code to unlock it.

Actually what I ended up doing this past summer was installing a Flex Fuel Replicator Sensor. This sensor by-passes the OEM sensor and will work only on regular unleaded fuel. The sensor was only $150 and my mileage has also improved.
