most just pull up it may take some force to get it by the lock ring. other wise look around the area that the head rest rods enter the set and look for a lock release button that you push while pulling up on the head rest.
HELLO; If you will look on the side where the head rest goes into the seat (the base) you will see a hole on each side. Get a drill bit the size of the hole push in and pull up a little till you feel that side release then do the other side. Have the headrest all the way up when you do this.
there is only one or two bolts the rest are clips the bolts are visible with the hood open under the plastic cover which has the pop pins. once the blots are out you have to work your way around it pulling the clips out just take your time and be carefull
On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to
get it off the window ledge.
