The 100K schedule repeats continually. What needs to be done at 50K and 100K, then needs to be repeated at 150K for example. The schedule only needs to go out to the longest delayed item.
At that mileage it could be a lot of things. Being that it didn't stay on the problem is minor and not happening constantly. I would suggest spark plugs, fuel filter, and oxygen sensors. These components can be the cause of several check engine lights. Good luck.
This service light comes on every 5000 miles and remind you of an oil change , after oil change has been done , the light suppose to be reset.
The scheduled services performed according to Maintanence Schedule , up on exeeded mileage.(usualy comes as separate booklet or as a part of owner manual book).
id say that when the car hits around 55,000 miles giving it around 10,000 to use the oil to the fullest also change the filters, sparkplugs and wires, and add some kind of gas tank cleaner to keep the car running strong :)
its on the fire wall yes it will help some i wouldnt expect a drastic change in fuel economy because acura dosent have a replacement schedule for fuel filters like most car companies. id check your air filter and if your check engine light is on it will seriously kill your mpg. hope this helps
