2002 Chevy Cavalier - one turn signal blinks twice as fast as normal - have already put in a new bulb. What causes the fast blinking?

The one that is blinking is not the problem, its the other light. Say your front right signal light is blinking twice as fast as it should, the thing to check is your right rear signal light. It is probably burned out.

I just noticed lately when I turn ON my turn signals, they start blinking twice normal then starts blinking really fast. And not all the rear light bulbs are ON. Could this be my turn signal...
If one of your rear bulbs is burnt out then the signals will react this way. 2007 is not very old of a car for a signal delay problem. It would be more likely a bulb.

check the socket connections what ever bulb is not working is were the problem lies

check the relay and blown out bulbs will cause the lights to blink fast or some to stay on. one bad bulb will cause the problems.

You have a bulb out somewhere could be front or back, but that is usually why it blinks faster.

If new bulbs don't work, it is probably the harness that holds the bulb. I had to replace both on my car after fighting with the problem for over a year and not knowing.
