For 1996 Plymouth Truck Grand Voyager 2WD 3.0L MFI 6cyl the Fuel Filter is located under vehicle, driver side, below seating area, front of fuel tank, mounted on chassis in fuel line.

Zero fuel pressure means the pump is not functioning. Most likely the pump itself is bad. But first check all fuses, relays and wiring to the pump.

Where do you relieve the fuel pressure at when changing the fuel filter on a 1996 Plymouth Voyager with a 3.3L engine (short wheel base)

The fuel filter on my 1993 grand voyager was in the middle of the car underneath. I don't remember any real fuel pressure in the line when I changed mine. I just put a pan under the filter unplugged it and connected the new one.

WHERE IS FUEL FILTER ON 1996 PLYMOUTH GRAN VOYAGER

The fuel filter is either on the left side of the firewall or next to the fuel pump near the left side of the fuel tank.

Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions section.
Relieve the fuel system pressure.
Remove or disconnect the following:

Negative battery cable Fuel filler cap Fuel lines from the fuel filter Fuel filter from the bracket
