Disconnect the negative on the battery. Unbolt the small bolts under the gas door holding the fuel neck in place. Put a small floor jack under the gas tank holding it up and loosen the straps holding the tank in place. Once you have the gas tank down there is one ring holding the fuel pump in place. Remove the fuel hoses, electrical connecters and then the fuel pump. When you go to install everything back make sure to change the O-ring on the pump seal also. Install everything backwards of removal.

SOURCE: how to change fuel pump

there are 2 straps that hold the tank up in place by 2 bolts.when you remove those it will allow the tank to drop down so far.you have to take the fuel lines loose when the tank is part way down and the wiring harness and the the clamp that goes to the filler tube to the gas tank. once thats all done and you have the tank off the car there will be a large O ring you have to turn on the pump assy to get the old pump out and put the new one in. it goes back together the same way you take it apart only in reverse. its not hard to do just time consuming. you will want to put a jack under the tank to help lower it to the ground and then to help raise it back up to bolt it back in place.
