I have a 08 Nissan titan and my trailer lights don't come on, blinkers, flashers, and brake lights work, but when i turn on lights-nothing. Any ideas

Are you vehicle lights working and when you plug in trailer you loose vehicle or trailer lights ? Check output of top terminal on vehicle socket LH turn signal and the 4pm positioned pin earth # 3 terminal and you should have a blinking test light. otherwise dud trailer wiring/bulbs good luck

Yes you need the tow relays. U-Haul sells the set of three for around $25. Dealers sell them for a lot more. Do a web search for 'Titan tow relays' for more information.

Brake lights not working

check brake pedal switch for conductance and check all fuses again. I unhooked trailer once and blew out a fuse that was independent of the brake light... If you have blinkers working it narrows it down. Check emergency flashers to see if thats working.

I have recently replaced the wiring in my utility trailer and mechanic has tested lights when in the shop and says they're all working fine. Hooked it up to my pathfinder and lights were not working. ...

lights on the trailer are supposed to only work when the vehicle has its lights turned on. brake light problems is easy to figure out. it should run off a yellow wire for driver and a green for passenger. see if you have power with brake on. if so check the bulb. if not then check your 4 way flashers which run off the same general circuit. if 4 ways work but no brake lights double check your converter connections.

Only left trailer blinker and brake light work when I hook up my trailer. Just got this 2006 Nissan Titan and everything worked on my trailer before. There was no TRAILER TURN RH relay installed in the...

If the blinker is working on the truck then fuse is good, this sounds like a bad bulb or connection to the light, the brake and signal use the same filement in the bulb. check the bulb first, next thing to determine if its the trailer wiring or the truck socket, use a testlight and test the connector or the wire at the trailer connector and see if there power in the wire, but check close to connector if theres power coming out the connector then it in the trailer wiring or bulb,. also im not sure what this trailer turn relay rh is that you speak off. the only thing i could think of is to converter the signal and brake on the truck to operate the same bulb on the trailer, if this is what you installed then check that wiring also as the controls the lights to the trailer, but if this truck was built with the tow package then it should of be wiring already for this. here a good site to help you with the wiring as this gets hard to explain over the computer, but again test the tow connector on the truck first with a testlight, this way you will be able to see if it the trailer wiring or the truck wiring to connector. google trailerlightwiring. good day. let me know if you have any other questions.

2007 Frontier with trailer lights problem

Most likely it is the relay which is built into the turn switch. Turn switch will have to be replaced. It is also good idea to replace the flasher as well. Make sure both bulbs are new.

Towing lights on 2005 titan

sounds to me like the fault lies between the trailer plug on YOUR truck ( not the work truck ) and the L/R brake and signal light assy on YOUR truck. Just follow the harness from the plug. You'll find the problem. Hope this helps

Pressing brake causing blinker issue

The trailer harness that was installed probably has a short inside the box that distributes power to the trailer pig-tail. Remove the trailer harness. You problem will be cured.
