Cut out switch ? you mean inertia fuel cut off switch ? Were you in a accident ? No fuel pressure ? Or you just think their's no fuel pressure ? Did you hook up a fuel pressure gauge ? What year is the vehicle ?
The 1999 Isuzu Rodeo does not come with a fuel Inertia cut off switch. In case of an accident, the oil pressure switch comes into play i.e. if the engine shuts off and starts leaking oil. The oil pressure switch also cuts off the fuel pump power.
