it should be if your looking at the engine its on the right hand side where the engine joins to the gear box probable better if you look from underneath i will or should have a plastic tray pice under the car you will have to remove this to acsess the starter
Every radio has a different code. You will have to contact a Mercedes-Benz dealer to get the code for your particular radio. It MAY require removal of the radio to get the serial number.
You left the key too long in the ignition switch. This sent an alert as if it were being stolen. Remove the key from ignition. Lock all doors. Wait about an hour or so. When you open the doors, put your foot down on the gas pedal and release. Put the key into the ignition and turn the car on. Make sure you have the shift in "Park" position.
