I just FOUND my cigarette lighter fuse for my 2004 durango. It is in the fuse panel by the parking brake. It is the 20 amp fuse located at F3-20A on the molded panel insert. I have a stripped down model and it is a 4.7 but it was the top 20 amp fuse located in the last row on the right (as you are looking at the panel). Hope this helpos you find it quicker than it did me.

When facing your fuse box look at the bottom part of the box. There you will see 3 columns
of fuses containing 7 fuses each column. On the 3rd column to your
right, the bottom fuse will have designation #44. Go up while counting
backwards from #44 until you reach #41 which will be 4 fuse sockets
above.
