Front overhead map lights don't work. I don't see mention of these lights in the fuse listing of the owners manual. This is for a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT that I just purchased. I doubt that both bulbs are blown...so I'm guessing it's a fuse. Anybody got an idea which one it is? You're help is Greatly appreciated!

I just had to replace both bulbs in mine. The overhead bulb "connectors" can overheat and then contact isn't made. Replaced bulbs and problem is fixed.

It may take a few minutes to do. You can remove each fuse, one at a time, to check for a blown fuse. Disconnect the battery to prevent any arcing. This is the easiest way to find the fuse without the hassle of locating a book or reference for location. It won't hurt anything, just disconnect the battery.

Never take for granted that which is easy to check. its very possible both bulbs were left on and did burn out, since you just purchased the vehicle. check them first

2002 Grand Caravan. Overhead console lighted switches are not lighting. The Map lights that shine straight down works but none of the others back lights. Side door switch, rear gate switch, garage door...

The first thing that comes to mind is that the dash lights scroll dimmer is scrolled all the way in one direction which manually shuts off all the interior lights, even if a door is opened. At night turn on the parking lamps and then scroll the dash lights dimmer until the dash, radio face, overhead console, etc is brighter. Turn off the headlamp switch. Shut off the engine and exit the vehicle. Interior lights on? Hope this helps.

What is the fuse for dvd ceiling console in my 2005 chevy tahoe

That is listed in the owners manual. If you don't have the manual you can download one here for free. I doubt the problem is a fuse.

High Beam headlights don't work, Taillights don't work, Brake lights don't work, Cruise control doesn't work.

Hi Harlan.

I see that you mentioned a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan in your other question. I assume this question is about the same vehicle.

The checkup will start from the fuse and relay in the power distribution center. A way to test the relays is swapping two relays of the same kind to check if that makes any difference.
If relay and fuse are OK check the wiring to power distribution center, check the dimmer switch and the connection to BCM (the module under the dash).

I have uploaded relay map and wiring diagram at this link. Please click on the link. If necessary click on the picture again to enlarge.

Regards.

How do U remove the Interior light covers on a 2002 Dodge Intrepid. tried using a screwdriver and pushing left and it did not work

If you're talking about the map lights (2 lights in between driver and passenger)

If you have just the map lights, just pull the whole assembly out. Don't worry about anything breaking, just pull it down, just not at an angle or anything. It easily snaps back into place after. Bulbs can be removed once you have it out.

If you have an overhead console, you remove a screw towards the front of the overhead console Then just pull. If you're talking about other interior lights, let me know I'll let you know how to remove it.

Signal and brake lights work but no taillights of dodge caravan fuses under hood seem good . bulbs good 2007 grand caravan sto n go. are there any fuses other than under hood?

Your owners manual should tell you, but look under drivers side dash as well, for a black panel that you undo , and drop down to expose another fuse panel.
