Does it still crank over, if so you may have a problemwith your tandompump not holding fuel pressure at the back of the head, the lift pumpin the tankis feeding it but after a while the fuel is falling back to the tank instead of holding pressure in the tandempump, checkit out.

Ok, those systems might still work because the not require as much energy as the starter. Check the Battery Voltage with a good Voltmeter. If below 12, there might be your problem!
Have your ignition switch replaced, the solder connections are probably loose, the wiring expands somewhat when warmed and then it makes the connection.
make sure you do not have a bad cell in your battery also add some STP gas treatment to your tank to make sure you do not have a freeze gas line one of the injection could be plug so the STP gas treatment will help with that and the freeze line make sure you have over a half tank of gas in the car.
Your coolant sensor may be stuck in advanced timing mode. Change it & the engine will start easy in cold & warm weather. The sensor is located near the thermostat housing. Remove the electrical connector & unscrew the sensor. Replace but do not over tighten, 5ft. lbs. Top off any antifreese loss. Good luck!

Possible flooding, cold weather can freez open injectors causing them to leak into the cylinders. Press the gass pedal all the way to the floor and crank the engine for no more than 60 seconds. The cylinders will clear themselves allowing proper mix of air/fuel and should start easy. If that does not solve please specify if the engine is 1.8l or 2.8l.
