2002 Jeep grand cherokee

A bad ground. Could be front or back. Just a note. All the exterior lights run threw the turn signal switch. Don't rule it out. Check grounds first. Run new ones if you have to.

I have a 2002 jeep grand cherokee and my turn signals stopped working. My hazard lights are working fine. Lights are working also. But im not getting a light on the dash for my turn signals.

I have the same issue. I took the flasher relay out, inspected the pieces for any hairline fractures on the circuit board, nothing it was clean. On my jeep, the turn signals always work in the Spring, Summer, Fall months, but as soon as Winter hits I loose my turn signals. Also, I know it is temperature related because I drive around for a half hour and the signals work again. It is really strange, I think the issue is somewhere in the ground wire, I will be checking that next and will post any new information. Anybody else who has had this issue and correlation I would certainly like to hear about any solutions. Thanks

When You Turn On HeadLights All Rear Exterior Lights Such As Brake, TailLights, Parking Lights Wont Work Nor Does Turn Signals Dim Til You Shut Off HeadLights

check your fuses under the steering columb area, and also check fuses and relays, that is located in a power distribution black box under the hood, on the drivers side.

Electrical problem...(without turning the key)...when I apply brakes, the interior (dash-board) lights and exterior turn signal lights come on. Also when I have my lights on, my driver side brake light is...

check for chauffed wiring under dash around steering column and brake pedal, as for your rear brake/side light you have probably put the bulb in the wrong position remove bulb and rotate and retry

Vehicle info centre

There is a couple of switches in the 4x4 system that may be at fault. You would need to find out which one at the dealership. You are not supposed to be riding down the road with the ebrake on which is why the headlights go out.

1994 jeep cherokee headlights on slow turning signals

It sounds like your alternator may be going bad, even if you have it tested it may say it is still good but the regulators in those wont show if it is bad

87 jeep cherokee, headlights not working

Probably a stupid question, but does the car start? Have you checked the battery for proper voltage? (and charge rate). Other than that, I'd suspect a poor ground somewhere causing excessive resistance & draw on that system.(headlamps draw far more than dash lights so power is used up there first)

1993 jeep grand cherokee limited no running lights/tail lights.

Id look at the headlight switch and do some voltage tests to see whats coming out of there. Pay close attention to any wires which look like someone was in there already.People can mess stuff up faster and better than the vehicle can by itself!

1994 Jeep Cherokee Sport Fuse Needed?

Sometimes there are relays under the hood. There is usually a diagram posted underneath the door when you tak it off. The turn signal is usually just a fuse, which may be in your glove box(has a diagram under the door), under the driver or passenger side dash. Do you still have the manual for the vehicle?
