My info just said jeep liberty. Hope you can read it. Instrument panel power outlet. In the diagram, the top wire is voltage, the bottom wire is ground.
Check the fuse panel. Look for a fuse that says cruise on it. If you cant find a fuse for that check your cigarette lighter fuse. somtimes they are conected. Its going to be something simple like that.
Could be a fuse or two that blew out. Check fuse box and pull out fuses and inspect starting with the cig lighter fuse, horn fuse, cruise ctrl, and anything labeled as such.
its probably not the lighter itself, it's probably lost power. check the fuse for the cig lighter and see if blown. if it is, replace. if it blows immediately you have a dead short. if not, pay attention to when it stops working. could be a problem with whatever you are plugging in, or something else on the circuit
