Truck ran fine monday and tuesday night...went to start it after we had dinner and it wont start turned over fine couldnt hear fuel pump....waited til weds night and it started just fine ..drove it today no problems..then about an hr ago it wont start ..no fuel pump sound

I have the same 4.3 in my 97 Blazer 4wd. It will start with a boost sometimes. Today was not one of those times. It runs great when it runs. Fuel pump changed last year, fuel filter changed 3 weeks ago. Whatever it is, it draws my battery down when I try to start it. Oh, new battery. Had alternator and starter tested.
