You have to:
Remove the large nut that holds CV axle into to hub and gently push the axle out of the hub.
Remove the brake caliper.
Pop the tie-rod-end's ball joint out of the spindle.
Remove the two bolts that hold the strut to the spindle.
Remove the bolt that holds the "a-frame" arm to the bottom of the spindle.

The hub (the part that holds the 4 tire studs) is machine-pressed into the wheel bearings which are hidden inside the spindle, so you will have to have the hub pressed out of the spindle to free the brake rotor which is behind it.

Removed all screws from my geo metro radio.cant find anything holding it.won't come out

Hi,

Normally there is another screw or connections towards the back. Under the steering wheel, remove the panel near the stereo. Also, remove the panel on the right side as well. This will give you access to the rear of the stereo and you will see another screw.

Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/laura_08254539050d64db

94 geo metro won't start. possibly fuel problem. has trouble when i hit gas to make up a hill and misses, no transmission or spark plug problems. HELP!

Do a complete tune up plugs wires cap rotor. The spark gets stronger when your accelerating and this is when some electrical problems break down.

What should i set the timing at for my 94 geo metro i have a timing light should i set it at 0?

Unless you have replaced the hood or the sticker has been removed, there should be a label on the inside of your hood that lists the correct timing.

Make sure you short the two appropriate wires in the 'test plug' before setting the timing. It's on the drivers side firewall under the hood. The idle on 94 Metros is automatically controlled so you don't have to worry about setting the idle before adjusting the timing. My 94 automatic metro says 5BTC.

I have a question about a '94 Geo Metro clutch cable

First you must loosen where the cable goes to the tranny and it will give you moor playing room when connecting it .
You cannot connect it from under the hood it must be done from under the dash.
Be sure to push the seat all the way back.
