On the high pressure side of the system on the line that goes into the evap just at the engine compartment firewall. Sometimes it is wrapped with an insulation and is hard to find.
This engine is freewheeling, as requested by Ford for the joint venture program with the Mercury Villlager. So, no engine damage if timing belt breaks. Just install a new belt and maybe the water pump while you are therre and new other belts. It will run another 100,000 miles.

If you look at the engine and see some tubes attatched to the exhaust manifolds ( these are called asperator tubes) follow the hose( usaualy a heavy duty rubber hose it will lead you to the pump. also you can see it from the front of the motor it is driven by the belt . ( cooling fan belt or the Harmonic ballancer belt ) .
. With the ignition key in RUN but the engine off, repeatedly push the trip/reset button until OIL is displayed on the Driver Information Center. 2. When OIL is displayed, push and hold the trip/reset button for five seconds. The number will disappear and be replaced by 100 (indicating 100% oil life remaining). 3. Turn the key to OFF. If the change engine oil message comes back on, the engine oil life monitor has not reset. Repeat the procedure
